Due to a technical issue, I wasn't able to renew my plan yesterday. And so I was left unable to make any phone calls or texts.
I'd like to thank SMARTY for coming to a swift resolution and dealing with the problem.
The customer service representative that dealt with my issue (Liz), was excellent and very helpful!

@Vincent_1609 Good for you for giving praise where it's due and being fair-minded!!! Unfortunately, most of the time people post for the purposes of having a gripe and quite often don't even bother acknowledging when someone Smarty employee or forum member) gives them the correct solution.
