Because of certain circumstances, I have not been able to pay my monthly sim,how long do I have before my sim will be not working at all

This is the Smarty community forum, we are customers just like you, we don’t work for Smarty, so obviously don’t have access to account details.
You would need to contact Smarty via webchat.

@graemes_2301786 Each Smarty plan constitutes an individual 'contract' for one month.
When it finishes, if you do not renew straight away, service ends. If you fail to activate anything on your sim for 6 months, Smarty will advise you by email and then your sim will be deactivated - a total of 220 days.
