For last week have been unable either to get online at all or when I do can barely load a page. At best on speed test is 1 perhaps 2 megabytes but usual is says there are net work problems when i do an online speed test. Have removed chip and replaced, have tried chip in another device to no avail. I decided to purchase a month with another retailer (large supermarket) as I need to be online. I am using this at present to get online to speak to you.
Obviously after being a customer for more than a couple of years I cannot continue to pay for two lots of internet
Any ideas when things will improve?

@DianaR We are Community Forum Members just like you and so do not have any further information.
Don't forget that Smarty are in the hands of Three, who run the network. I dare say that Three are then in the hands of some infrastructure engineering company who actually do the upgrade work.
