We're forum members like you and so have no information on local outages or return of service I'm afraid.
You will need a web chat with Smarty Support for any answers on this.

Hi..thanks for the reply..I have contacted thought the "bot" to no avail and then thought chat only to be left hanging as there seems no other options I will raise a complaint on Monday morning with the ombudsman and find another company to supply my internet ..for a company who's in the communication business their contact channels useless.👍

@PaulHami_910343 You can raise a complaint directly with the company from the main web page (bottom of page).
The ombudsman will not look at your complaint until you can show that you have been through the full complaint procedure with the company.
Don't forget that smarty specifically mention that their service is not a replacement for broadband. This is partly due to the fact that mobile signals are less reliable than broadband.
