No service

Hi we have no service after a week of no service in the day time due to planned works it  has come back on line by 4.30pm..but today we have no service again and it's now 5.20 pm..are the planned works over the weekend also. I have 2 monthly unlimited plans with yourselves. Also had no notification of any planned work as you state on your website you will notify 3 days before, have been with smarty over 12 months and never had any problems but the passed week has been a nightmare...

    PaulHami_910343  The problem here is that you are not writing to Smarty.

    We're forum members like you and so have no information on local outages or return of service I'm afraid.

    You will need a web chat with Smarty Support for any answers on this.

      Hi..thanks for the reply..I have contacted thought the "bot" to no avail and then thought chat only to be left hanging as there seems no other options I will raise a complaint on Monday morning with the ombudsman and find another company to supply my internet ..for a company who's in the communication business their contact channels useless.👍

        PaulHami_910343  You can raise a complaint directly with the company from the main web page (bottom of page).

        The ombudsman will not look at your complaint until you can show that you have been through the full complaint procedure with the company.

        Don't forget that smarty specifically mention that their service is not a replacement for broadband. This is partly due to the fact that mobile signals are less reliable than broadband.
