@MARJANLA_496586 I don't think you can. The usage history represents a statement of calls/texts/data that you have made or used and so it cannot 'unrecord' what has happened.
As the info is only available to you, there should be no problem with anyone else having access to it.
In your phone however, you can usually delete parts of all and text history.
