Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've followed all the APN changes on the Smarty website, checked data roaming is on, mobile data is on, restarted numerous times, removed VPN etc. Using OnePlus 11. I'm in an urban area with 5 bars of 5g. I just can't use the data. I have 11gb left and haven't roamed in months. I also have £5 of add on in my account for additional roaming charges if needed.
I don't understand what the problem is. Basically is there any other creative solution? Can't figure out what the problem is. Trying to figure out if I need to return the phone or cancel the SIM!

Try manually selecting a network, rather than letting your phone automatically select a network ?
As Far As I Know, Three, Smarty’s parent company, are the largest network in Ireland, so see if you can pick up a three signal, and if not, pop into a three network shop, they may be happy to help you.
