@BernardR_476093 The plan you are on shouldn't make any difference to the quality of your signal.
Are you saying that you have always had a good signa on smarty until recently? Have you checked Network Status?

Hi there's no difference regardless of plan
Have you recently changed phone as your internet settings might need to be changed as mfs said check network status

Sorted out, unplugged router, took sim out, powered up put sim back, seemed to solve the problem, think the changing tarriff was a coincidence. Thank you
