Ni service on my phone after fitting my new sim

New SMARTY SIM cards need activation before you get service @PaulMil_1248351.

You can do this online at https://smarty.co.uk/activate, or by logging in to your SMARTY account and going to your dashboard.

@PaulMil_1248351  Firstly, check your dashboard to see that it is showing your smarty plan as active.

If that looks fine, turn the phone off and then on again to try and force it to connect to the network.

Activation may take a little while on occasions.
