I have just purchased this contract I have no SIM it says mobile network not available for mobile phone how to I order a SIM?

@Emmanue_2368782 This is not really a 'contract' as you only buy a plan that lasts a month.

Your phone will not work until you put in a sim that is activated - that's why there is no mobile network available.

If you ordered online, then you should receive a sim in the post.
