New user not used to layout

Right so I was a smarty customer and my wife just joined , I mistakenly ported her number to my sim , easy enough to swap my sim with hers , but now I've lost my number having had it for years . How can or can I resolve this ?

@GERARDR_2747556 You would need to start a web chat with Smarty support to see if they can get it back.

I think I've tried that but no response as yet . Miss being able to speak to people directly

I don't know how to contact customer care or help , it's an endless circle with no outcome 

Thanks but chat is extended over hours , I can no longer find the chat anywhere.

You could try emailing instead from the same page.

It just disappeared , though  I  managed to get starting a fresh one , hopefully I've got the sorting process starting . 4/5 days , can't complain it was my fault entirely . Thanks for your help
