New to Smarty. Could not find activate sim option, ended up ordering new sim. I dont want it!!

So i purchased a data sim of amaon a few weeks ago and this morning i wanted to register it and start using it in my mobile router.

 

I had to use my phone to set it up but i could not find the actiavte new sim  option and after creating an account and paying £20 for unlimted data plan ive ended up ordering a new sim which will take a few days to arrive. 

Im now left with now internet until that arrives.

 

So i was wondering is there a way i can get the simcard i have now activated onto my new account which ive all ready paid £20 or do i have to wait for this new sim card?

Hello @Matthew_2052870 . This sounds a bit complicated. When you paid for the first sim, did it not work straight away?

You seem to have now paid for another sim, and that may complicate things a bit.

If you have a web chat with Support team, I'm sure they can sort it out and credit any excess money spent.
