I have an existing account, have downloaded the app and manage a group. I am trying to activate a new SIM for a mobile wifi, but unable to do that through either my account or the app. There is no option for 'activate SIM'.
When I scan the QR code and enter the SIM number, I then need to either enter a new account or log in to my account. I log in and there is no option to activate.

@PeteWhi_2718517 I do not think that you can activate a sim while out of the country because that sim will need to access Smarty first off and it does not have access while out of the UK.
