I have an existing account, have downloaded the app and manage a group. I am trying to activate a new SIM for a mobile wifi, but unable to do that through either my account or the app. There is no option for 'activate SIM'.
When I scan the QR code and enter the SIM number, I then need to either enter a new account or log in to my account. I log in and there is no option to activate.

@PeteWhi_2718517 I do not think that you can activate a sim while out of the country because that sim will need to access Smarty first off and it does not have access while out of the UK.

You should be able to use the same email address and add the new sim as a 'nickname' account.
If it is not working for some reason, you'll need a web chat with Smarty Support team.
