New sim

Hi.. 

I cannot request PAC code on my old SIM card as it's not recognised by the phone.. I bought another SIM and logged in with my details hoping to swap numbers or bring the old number over but being the card is dead that's a problem.

So I used the email verify method to log in and obviously the new card doesn't work and the phone has the old number in the settings. I have an unlimited plan I hoped to bring over or keep the old number with the functioning SIM card I've got. 

Not sure what to do with this perhaps I have to cancel the plan and start fresh ?

A PAC is used to move your number from one network to another, and it sounds like that's not what you're wanting to do.

If your current SIM isn't working you need to order a replacement here. You can't transfer your service to a SIM you've picked up from a shop.

@JoshHar_2891949 The PAC comes from your old network. If you have closed down the old account, the number may be lost now.
