well I tried to replace the SIM, I gave my issue to support and followed a link for a a replacement sim, haven't been able to use this SIM or number for some time now... Will have to try figure how to do that though I think it's best to cancel not really keen on this online setup with no customer home support. Haven't used the SIM at all and it's just costing me to not have access to anything for at least 2 months now.. not the best not sure why the SIM stopped working but yes I asked for replacement.549Views0likes0CommentsNew sim
Hi.. I cannot request PAC code on my old SIM card as it's not recognised by the phone.. I bought another SIM and logged in with my details hoping to swap numbers or bring the old number over but being the card is dead that's a problem. So I used the email verify method to log in and obviously the new card doesn't work and the phone has the old number in the settings. I have an unlimited plan I hoped to bring over or keep the old number with the functioning SIM card I've got. Not sure what to do with this perhaps I have to cancel the plan and start fresh ?
