Moved to Smarty two weeks ago. Maybe missed something cannot connect to 3, the network is requesting a user name & password? Tried Smarty name/password which failed, assumed the connection would be automatic?

It sounds like you are using your SMARTY SIM in a router, if so, you need to get the router name and password from either the router itself or contact the device manufacturer to get these details.

@Anthony_3112230 If it's the router name and password, it is often 'admin' for both if nobody has changed it previously.
