Private calls
Hi all,
For some reason all calls to my SMARTY SIM are coming in as private calls even though they are from contacts, all settings are on. Tried SMARTY support which just gets me to put in a load of info before saying they have ended the conversation.
Anyone else got the same issue?
Im at the point where im considering switching providers.

Been going on for about a week now, recently done an update as im on a Beta test version of ONE UI 9, assumed that might be the issue so I posted in there first but was met with loads of others saying calls are Private on their SMARTY SIM. I have a second SIM (EE) in my phone for work and they come through as normal but as soon as the same person calls my personal SIM it's a private call.
SimonWil_460908 Does it happen if you turn off the EE sim? Never had this happen personally - iPhone with only one active sim and another Esim turned off but used for travel.
SimonWil_460908 How long has this been going on for? Have you changed your phone or had a major software update?
Is it worth taking one number as an example and removing it from your Contacts and then re-entering it. You could then ask them to call you and see if the problem persists.
