Hi ..got my replacement Sim ..activated but won't connect to network . Tried everything but it isn't connecting ..thks

@DavidCr_2353705 It perhaps is not activating immediately. Give it up to a couple of hours and also turn the phone off and then back on again to try and force the sim to register to network.

Yes it is activated ok ..just the network and on chat they haven't a clue .. as someone said, to get it working ask for PAC and move
