I gave just ordered a replacement and someone on the forum  sent me this message is  this true ??

If you change it, the new replacement should have the same profile as the existing one - bearing in mind that a replacement is usually for one that is lost/stolen/broken.

Thanks ..

Should have said it's a replacement Sim I am having replaced

@DavidCr_2353705  Yes, it was me who replied to you.

Please red the article here : https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1215834-what-to-do-if-your-sim-card-gets-lost-or-stolen?_gl=1*....

What I am saying is that, once activated as per instructions, it should be the same as the one that was stolen/lost/broken.

@DavidCr_2353705, the subscriber information, stored in your SIM card, which allows you to use the SMARTY mobile network, would be the same in both cases.
