I have just returned from a week abroad (yesterday) and phone been fine until this morning.
Signal keeps dropping out - cant take or make calls.
Done everything they suggested on their troubleshooting with no luck.
We tried another provider sim and that works fine
I run my business from my phone so this is a disaster - anyone got any ideas

@HelenSta_590522 Have you tried a Network Status check?
Another provider sim likely uses a different mast signal.
It is specifically against the T&C's to run a business on a Smarty sim as they only sell for non-commercial use, so probably best to steer clear of that argument.

THank you - have got hold of someone on live chat and apparantly maintenance issues until 11/6/25 in our area even though I checked on network status and it said it was fine!

@HelenSta_590522 It's good that there is at least an explanation for the problem. It is a pity that the Network Status check cannot be relied upon though😠.
