โWell, this is alarming !
My plan has been paused for some reason !
I have auto renew turned on and also a credit balance of ยฃ62, so I can see no reason why my plan has been paused !
Will contact support ASAP, but as itโs gone midnight, I canโt see me getting help until the morning, which is very concerning !
EDIT : I can receive and make calls, and data is working, so this is VERY ODD ! ๐ง

I will keep an eye on this of course. Is there any reason why this would have happened, albeit briefly @Rebekah_150 ? Would very much appreciate it if you could shed light on this. Thanks in advance. โ

I can't speak specifically about your account on this platform but the most common issue tends to be payments failing, sometimes this can happen when you get a new bank card.

@JJP2 Strange that this should happen! On Monday, I had trouble signing in and when I did manage, it said that I was out of data - the day my plan had renewed!
One has to question the stability of whatever IT package Smarty are using.
