@IqbalMo_2488829 Not enough information for us to really help. Please remember that we are Community Forum members like you and don't work for Smarty so cannot access your account
Try:
A. Check account dashboard to see if SIM is active and Smarty plan showing.
B. If all seems OK there, try SIM in another phone.
C. If it still doesn't work, you can try ordering a replacement SIM via your account, or else have a web chat with Support Team.

Luckily, the SMARTY network still works in my location.
