Cannot log onto internet using mobile network

I assume you are using your Smarty enable device to try and log on to the mobile network?

If you are using the same device to post here, you'll be able to go to the Smarty mobile network homepage from the forum page.

This is done by finding your chosen icon at the top right of this page.  Click on it and you'll see an option to go to smarty.co.uk

Job done, you're at the smarty home page.

Good points from @Strandloper, this also read as though you might be having trouble getting your phone connected to the Smarty network? In this case, I would check in your settings that the APN set is definitely set to `mob.asm.net`
