When I sign in, you request this:

when I follow the link, I get this:
Page not found
The page you are trying to access was not found. Please check your URL for typos and try again.
That’s YOUR link, not my typos.

@NigelTh_1485133 Firstly, you are writing to the Community Forum comprising customers just like you and not Smarty staff; this means that 'we' are not requesting anything and it is not 'our' link.
Are you signing in via the web page? If so, it may be that you need to clear the cache in your web browser.
Once signed out of the smarty website, you will need to sign in again next time with your email and password and they will then send verification for you to complete. Is that where the problem is?
If a page returns 'details not found' this is usually a problem with the browser, unless it is a dodgy website (Smarty's is not).
