LTE CPE router

just put my new smarty unlimited sim in my LTE CPE router but am getting no internet, I can connect to the wifi from the router though, I have tried the sims in a mobile phone as a hotspot and they are working fine, are there any settings I need to change etc? possibly on the router

@paulmoy_2186099 You will need to ensure correct settings so that the router 'knows' where to look for signal and details should be in the manual or online.

Perhaps your mobile broadband router is network locked @paulmoy_2186099?

Another thing to bear in mind - the current SMART terms & conditions say an unlimited SIM plan shouldn't be used as a permanent substitute for landline broadband. I think this is covered in sections 5.15 and 5.16.
