I can't connect to THREE_WIFI on the underground for the past few weeks. It asks me for username and password. I'm on iphone. I can't change the login to use AKA as there's no option for it. please help

I fixed it by iOS reset network settings!! Support was really not helpful

If you need to check the wifi settings on your phone, then you should not need any username or password.

As I wrote in my post I can't do step 3 of the article. I can't change the login to use AKA as there's no option for it.

@J_332119 Then that warrants a complaint. The Support Team...clue is in their name!
Management will hopefully pick up your complaint.
Sorry, but I cannot offer any other suggestions as I've never used that service.
