Local 03 signal has dropped from 3 bars to 2 or 1 bar, sometimes 0 bars!

My local 03 signal usually shows as the max 3 bars (on my Huawei B311 4G Router). Today, 23 Feb 20203, it's dropped to 2 or 1 bar , sometimes 0 bars! Have tried resetting the router and moving it around the house, all to no avail.  Loading pages takes yonks and some never load! Any idea what's going on?

Have you checked for any local network faults, or other service issues, at your location @fuzzy?

P.S. This am (Fri)  I've also moved the modem (stood in on a box on my desk) and that's given me 3 bars. Near good as it used to be :-).
