@JohnRic_3316602 Not sure why you have sent me a Private Message re: your PAC code. There is no need for a PM in this case and I usually do not answer them.
If you say the new network won't accept it, have you given it correctly? If it won't work, check it with Smarty via web chat.

You need to apply within the 14 days and will only pay for what you have used. You need to make the claim via web chat as it says in the article.
