Have you joined SMARTY from another network provider @Rgn?

You'll need a PAC from your 'old' provider in order to transfer the number you want to keep over to SMARTY.

If you are coming TO Smarty, then follow advice from @Chalkychap .

If you want to LEAVE smarty and transfer your number to another network, you will need a PAC code to give to the new network so that they can start the transfer in. In that case see :https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/manage-plan (bottom item)
