Hi all,
I have an Oppo A94 5g on Smarty and my wife has an iPhone 12 on O2.
Calls keep disconnecting in mid-call whenever she calls me. (She works at various locations in London, whilst I am home in Surrey). Any ideas for things to try to correct this would be gratefully received.

Thanks for your reply. I've checked coverage for my local area, (postcode SM2 7AZ) and there's no work on the local mast reported and coverage of 5g is good. Am still perplexed, as this has been going on for some time. It doesn't happen when she calls other people, or when I call her.

Hello @PieterSan_30971 . The problem is, does the fault lie with smarty or with O2? Have either of you had the same problem calling people on other networks recently?

That's the crux of the matter...and I don't have an answer.
It only happens (every time) my wife calls me. It's fine when I call her, or she calls other people. I am still puzzled!
