I would like to cancel my current plan and pay for a new black Friday plan

Dear Smarty Community,

I want to cancel my current plan and pay for a new black Friday plan £7 15GB. How can I do this without cancelling my rolling contract with you?

    Anderso_2856393  As with anything involving your account, you really do need a web chat with Smarty Support and state the issue very clearly.

    Hi contact smarty via webchat and they will change it for you 

    Tip 

    There is a promotion for £6 for 20gb of data this is better than the deal you are talking about tell the webchat this and they will change it for you to this plan all promotions are for 15 months 

    It will change on your next renewal data
