But the email confirming my joining says £20 a month, until my contract refeshes.
I don't know what that means or why I'm paying more than I should.
Help please.

@mev202 How much did you pay when you purchased the plan? If it was £18 then it seems likely that the email is in error.
If you did pay £18 and then they take £18 next month, as far as I can see all should be well until the date given on your account dashboard for the end of the deal.
