I have invited a new member into my group, but they remain pending..help

I have invited a new member into my group, and they have received the invite email. They have responded, but the link takes them back to dashboard. I cannot now "uninvite" them to start over again. Any clues would be appreciated

@MALANDE_2497224 You may need to web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check your account. We are forum members and so do not have that access.
