In order to change your payment settings you need to visit the SMARTY app or website, you will see the 'account settings' option and within this you will also see the 'payment method' option. This is where you can update your payment details before the next renewal is due.
Please make sure you change this before your renewal or your account will be suspended if not payment is made.

It doesn't help! In order to register new payment card you need to require a code but you idiots keep sending code to old phone number which I have never used with smarty. Why don't you send code to current phone number which I have been using for years!

A. Not much point in jumping onto a thread that was someone else's from 8 months ago.
B. Calling people 'idiots' is unlikely to get you a lot of assistance.
C. Smarty will send the code to a number registered by you. How did they get hold of an old number that you have never used with Smarty? Did they simply guess it?

I believe that code will be being sent by your bank. In which case, the 'idiot' would be the person who's not told the bank they've changed their phone number...

I have same issue but man aged to change card info for my sim card for internet but not for phone - confusing.
