Hi. I've had the email with link to choose my reward .when clicking on link it simply brings me to the home page of the smarty app. Any ideas?? Thanks

I'm having same issue with no help whatsoever. IV been told to use another device (which I don't have,only my phone) my referred friend has received theirs (has the same phone) but my email link doesn't work....just keeps taking me to my app/dashboard ๐ก

@Melissa_2759638 When you say 'no help whatsoever' did you get a response from the agents? Have you raised a complaint? Is your app updated?
