To get rid of payment info, first switch off auto renew & save changes. Then, turn off "securely store payment details", save changes & exit page. This will remove existing payment details and you'll then be able to enter the card details you want in your account.

I have two cards saved. I want to delete one, do I have to still do this or can I not just highlight the card I do not want and then delete.

I would suggest following the steps Tascha advised. Just to stop any future issues and give it a clean wipe 🙂

Are you doing this process on the app or a computer. As I've tried both ways and it seems to not work so far.

@DTyllye_2225432 Usually best on the website on a computer rather than the app which can be a bit cranky at times.

Thanks for the reply, I was trying again this morning and still no luck. So I've now only got webchat as last resort now.

I had the same problem and sorted it out with Tascha's recommended process.
