OMG this phone is sending me around the bend๐๐๐
I charged my phone (Nokia 3) this morning as I was going out (if there is less than 70% charge then my phone may cut out if I use it and YES I had a new battery fitted in Dec last year๐๐ค and it STILL has problems.... Me too phone, me too!) but looking at the 'lock' screen tonight it made me giggle๐๐๐
This is what I saw...
It thinks it's charging and yet it's not ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
I haven't had it plugged into charge since this morning๐๐๐๐
I thought I had problems but this phone is beating me at the 'WTH' game๐ฌ๐ฌ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ

@Decembersangel, the screenshot isn't something I've seen before either.
With battery usage, you've probably looked at what apps (etc) may be running in the background, and reduced them as much as possible. I also try and reduce screen brightness, so it's still readable, but not too bright.

Hi @Strandloper ๐
I know right๐ my mobile has a mind of its own and (just like me๐ค) doesn't conform to the 'norm'๐๐คฃ
I only have 3 apps downloaded as I just use it mainly for calls and texts so background usage is minimal.
After charging it yesterday morning it went from 100% charge to 0% in less than 24hrs so I'm kind of at a loss as to why it dies so quickly (the display said it was at ~57% charge then 5mins later it died and when plugged in said it was at 0%๐ก๐ค)
Got to love technology๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ

Just thought about your first post. You mention replacing your battery.
How old is the phone?
Was the battery replaced properly?
Have there been any phone software updates that happened before your charging issues started?
These may help answer the battery, but may add confusion if no answer is found

@Decembersangel May I throw a virtual spanner in the works? Is your wallpaper by any chance a moving scenario e.g. a shark may suddenly swim across the screen? If so, wouldn't that use a lot of juice from your potentially sickly battery?
You obviously have great patience putting up with this situation - I would have consigned the phone to the great mobile phone graveyard some while ago !!๐ฑ

Thanks all๐
@Strandloper The phone is ~6yrs old (2017) and I took it to a reputable phone repair shop to get the battery replaced so I'm assuming it was done correctly ๐ค and it has always been this way since I purchased it a few years ago (2nd hand) but thought it was an old/duff battery so got it replaced ๐ and that worked out well! ๐ถ ๐คฃ
@MSF No, the wallpaper is fixed (you can get a moving wallpaper?? ๐ฎ) This phone would've been 'recycled' if I had the funds to get another one..... but until I do I have to put up with this one ๐ค Oh joy!!๐คฃ

@Decembersangel Yep! iPhones do have some moving wallpapers!...Yep! They seem to use a lot of juice!
