I am sorry you have been experiencing issues can I have more details and I will assist where I can?

During the outage thenother day I was off  for 2 days sold no signal  no data I use my phone as  business  need I lost alot of income during this cause  as many on this have been saying  its a great network but  a  " thank you " of Compensate would be nice
