How do stop my monthly plan or cancel my SIM

If you do not have a plan for 180 days, you will receive a '40 day warning' email and the sim should then be deactivated after that.

How do I change the bundle to £7 for the 30gb
WendyBak_779478 On the website this morning, they are not offering 30Gb for £7.
Was that maybe a previous offer that you saw?
If you want to change to any of the special offers, you need a web chat with Smarty Support to do it.
