How do stop my monthly plan or cancel my SIM
WaqarAl_2673872 Go to your account and untick the auto-renew box : https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/manage-plan
If you do not have a plan for 180 days, you will receive a '40 day warning' email and the sim should then be deactivated after that.
