Hi , I have problem to access to adults contents. I paid 1 pound to unblock the service but nothing happened… what can I do?

If you’d like to turn off the adult content filter, you’ll need a valid credit card (not a debit card) to verify you're over 18, which Smarty validate by taking a £1 transaction and immediately refunding it.
Or, via the Smarty app:
Select You > Account Settings > Content and device settings

If you don't a credit card, don't worry. Please get in touch with Smarty via web chat where we'll just need to confirm you're over 18 through receipt of valid photo ID such as a Passport or Driving Licence.

What if you pay and it still doesn’t work?
ClairFo_1917495 IF that happened, you would start a web chat with Smarty Support for them to sort it out for you.
