My sim card arrived and it had already been opened and I am concerned it may have been cloned or tampered with, I have not activated yet, what should I do?

@AlanDac_3321623 If it is not yet activated and you have not paid for it and the Smarty plan, you can simply order another or buy one from a supermarket/convenience store.
If you did pay, then you may wish to web chat with Smarty Support to let them know your concerns. I think that they could always block that sim and issue a Replacement Sim that you would then activate.
