I have spent some time with support and still have an issue calling certain numbers, I get a message saying

 " sorry you have not been given access to this service"

My partner can phone the numbers concerned from her phone (smarty as well) without issue.

I have a Samsung A51 5g

Any help would be greatly appreciated

@TerrySm_2477139 I think we will need a bit more info about those numbers in order to try and help you.

1. Are you dealing from your Contacts?

2. First 5 digits of number?

3. Do you have Add On credit in case these are chargeable numbers?

Thanks for responding 🙂

numbers do not work regardless of whether in contacts,

01585 std area code for market Harborough.

Not chargeable numbers

thanks

@TerrySm_2477139 One other possibility.......

Some organisations are using 'landline' numbers that are internet  based. A number of people have reported problems in connecting to them - I have experienced this too. Usually leaving it a while and trying to again is successful.

My 'theory' is that the call moves from mobile to landline and then to internet and this causes a 'blip' in the connection.

Thanks for that, seems that this will not be sorted any time soon, the numbers I cannot get through to were very important, until recent changes in circumstances. So less important now.

Again thanks for your help
