If you love being part of our community, then how would you feel about testing our products and services that we’re preparing to launch in 2025?
Sound interesting? Thought so!
As a community member, we truly value your opinion. So, we would like to invite you to collaborate with us as a super user by going through our customer journeys, providing feedback and suggestions for us to explore in the future.
Just just reply to register your interest. We will then select some super users to get going on our first test and will be in touch with other super users in the future for other testing too! Thank you!
We hope you’re excited for a peek behind the curtain of SMARTY!

Anyone have any success with this? I received a PM to which I replied then nothing!

@WelshPaul Same here, good to hear we're all in the same boat, at least. I wonder if things might be a bit up in the air with the Vodafone merger, or maybe other things have just taken priority.

Ok, good to know it wasn’t just me. 👍🏻

@WelshPaul @SmartyTrousers I replied to the post on the first day and have never heard a peep from them.

Maybe they didn’t get enough interest from their community members to make it worth while continuing with.

@WelshPaul True, only six showed interest.
In that case it would have been very easy to let us all know - manners costs nothing.
I do think that sometimes smarty help create their own problems due to poor comms.

I see that @YulianK liked @MarkBea_3183337 post this morning so SMARTY are monitoring this thread still. Maybe SMARTY are just waiting for more volunteers?

@WelshPaul Yes. At least we have had an explanation on this one - unlike many of the other points that are regularly raised!

Yes please

Hi Everyone,
Apologies for the radio silence, unfortunately there was a slight delay in the setup on our side.
Please bear with us, we should be kicking off shortly.
Thanks again for expressing your interest!
