@KevinSp_3384497 Unfortunately, we cannot be of much help to you as we are customers like you.
Worth perhaps raising a Complaint via the smarty.co.uk/contact page
Don't forget that the lack of a sim may be down to Royal Snail not delivering to time.

@KevinSp_3384497 I don't imagine that this will make you feel much better, but this week was not the greatest one to start with the network due to the outage making people throw all of their toys out of the pram and start screaming "I want my mummy (Oh no, sorry, that was 'money'!)"

My mum died of cancer so what exactly is your point

@KevinSp_3384497 Throws no disrespect intended here and I apologise if you were offended.
I was merely trying to highlight the childish behaviour that had been shown in many of the posts this week - I didn't realise that it would not be seen that way!

Apology accepted it may be prudent to think about how you frame your responses going forward.
No offence taken

@KevinSp_3384497 When I wrote about people on here (therefore likely over 18) throwing toys out of the pram, I though that was a pretty strong clue.
As it happens, I have responded on this forum for 2.5 years now on over 6000 occasions, receiving a level of praise (kudos) on over 2500 occasions.
In the past I have from time to time questioned whether I am wasting my time when people write aggressive and snarky responses. Today is another one of those times - thanks!

My response was neither aggressive nor snarky merely stating a fact that I lost my mum to cancer and the tone of your original post touched a nerve.
I am sure you do an excellent job on this forum and in my humble opinion should keep up the good work.

@KevinSp_3384497 ...and there I go again! I've disrespected anyone who ever lost favourite toys during childhood and also have not considered how some people might really be in dire need of the few pence of compensation that they stand to receive as a result of the recent outage. My list of misdemeanours just goes on - perhaps it really is time to give up and take to my pipe and slippers (without any intended disrespect to this with nicotine addiction)
