I live in N. Ireland (UK) and was in ROI a couple of weeks ago and roaming data worked fine. I was there again today and I got a text to say ‘oops looks like this service is not covered in your plan’. But I haven’t gone over the 12GB roaming limit so I don’t understand what was wrong. My data did not work the whole time.

@RoisinB_2630485 When you returned to N. Ireland, did your phone definitely reconnect to Smarty and not stay in roaming mode connected to an ROI network? I'm wondering whether you may have hit the 60 day roaming maximum in the case.
