I hope SMARTY offer eSIM one day it’s something they should consider, especially with newer mobile phones going to eSIM only go on, SMARTY get your skates. on i’ve been very pleased with SMARTY so far very good signal and no issues at all since joining last November everything is running fine😃

@Russell_3018278 In the UK, it seems that all models still come with a sim slot and so it's hard to see why this is so important. In theory, once you insert the sim and all is working well (as you say it is for you), then you can simply forget about the sim - the same as if it were an Esim.

I think that there may be a cost associated with them issuing emails and perhaps that holds it back.

This is an issue for those who have smart watches, currently I must take my phone and use my watch as an expensive remote control.

Having an esim for my wearable means almost full functionality from my watch so I can leave my smart phone at home.

Big bonus when walking the dog or swimming etc.

I wholeheartedly agree this is long overdue.
