Dial 0333 numbers

When I try to call an 0333 number I get an auto response stating the service has not been given access to this service.

 

Anybody know how to fix this?

@NeilHatch7117  I did experience this a few weeks ago. I tried again next day and all was fine. I suspect a problem in the phone system at the owner's end.
