Activating a new Sim

I have bought a 2nd Sim but finding it impossible to activate . The package inc 2 SIM cards, one is a bonus but nowhere does it say which is which. The new card is to be added to an existing account. The reason for buying the new SIM is because the old one has been lost. hELP!

@JohnOldl_960972  As @JJP2RidesAgain  says, you do not need to activate a new sim. When you report the problem, you will be sent a specific replacement sim which, when activated as per the instructions, will work. Your account will be suspended when you report the sim as lost or stolen (for your security)
